We’re looking for a designer who:

• Has 5-10 years of hands-on product design experience, preferably in fast-moving environments.
• Is a master of Figma, UI/UX, design systems, motion design, and interaction patterns.
• Knows how to ship—collaborating with developers and product owners to turn ideas into reality.
• Can communicate design rationale and get buy-in from leadership.
• Bonus: Webflow knowledge, startup experience, and a passion for blockchain/crypto.

The Package:

• $130K - $170K (DOE)
